Teaching at Local Studios this Fall

Hi friends. This fall, I've been subbing at my neighborhood yoga studio since October.

Live Love Flow is a local spin and yoga studio minutes from my home. I'm teaching at both the Capitol Hill and Madison Valley locations, though the Madison Valley location will be closing at the end of November. For November, I'll be teaching Nov 4, 5, 13, 14, 15, 21 so come and practice with me in a variety of styles from Vinyasa Flow, to Prenatal to Candlelight Restorative. Check the schedule for details.
